3 Keepers this morning pogies. Kevin and I were out in out kayaks and got into a massive feeding frenzy of monster blues and some nice bass!
First reports of Fluke.....6 keepers in Buzzards Bay. Loads of scup around.

Buzzards Bay: The bluefish and stripers are in thick! Birds are working everywhere and all the fish are fat on pogies. Bruiser bluefish and monster stripers being caught consistently. We had two 40 pounders weighed in over the weekend!
The Black Sea Bass bite has also been good. Mashnee flats with squid is the ticket. Using either rigs or a buck tail jig tipped with a strip of squid.
Fluke season opens tommorow.....
Vineyard Sound: Great topwater action with Bluefish. Had a blast this morning catching medium sized bluefish all on top water plugs. Don't underestimate how much fun these fish can be. Use barbless hooks for easier hook removal.
Cape Cod Bay: Shhh.....if you listen quietly you can hear the whispers of tuna being caught at Stellwagon Bank.
